These are raspberry ripple cakes- I have made these on lots of different occasions and I really do like them! As you can see, the cakes have a marbled effect, and are decorated with whipped cream and raspberries.

Father's day cupcakes!
Happy Father's Day! These are vanilla cupcakes decorated to look like a golfing scene. The icing is butter icing coloured with green food colouring. The bunker is crushed digestive biscuits stuck on with runny icing. Finally, for the golf balls I have used white chocolate mini eggs.
Farmyard cupcakes
These are banana cupcakes decorated to look like animals. The cow is decorated with chocolate butter icing, chocolate buttons for the ears, a jelly bean cut in half for the horns, a marshmallow and chocolate drops for the nose and chocolate drops for the eyes. The pig is decorated with pink butter icing, marshmallows for the nose and ears and chocolate drops for the nose are eyes. Finally, the chick one which is my favourite. I decorated this with yellow butter icing, jelly beans for the nose and head, chocolate drops for the eyes and jelly tots for the wings.
Happy birthday Chris!
I made these for my brother's birthday. Yes, I'll admit they aren't the best things to look at, but I really don't like using ready-to-roll icing! Hopefully you can tell it is supposed to look like a scene from the Mario Brothers game! These are vanilla and chocolate chip cupcakes decorated with butter icing which I coloured blue with food colouring. I then decorated them with shapes I made from rolled out icing and chocolate drops.
Mother's day cake!
Happy Mother's Day! This was a sponge cake with a layer of jam in the middle. I then covered it with ready-to-roll icing. The word "mum" is royal icing, and the flowers are edible wafer flowers I brought from Waitrose. Finally, the marshmallows around the side of the cake are stuck on with chocolate Betty Crocker icing.
Madeira cakes

This was a madeira cake I cut up and iced with orange, blue, green and yellow icing - they were really nice!
